Whereas child exploitation has been considered by the Working Group on Contemporary forms of Slavery as following within their mandate, the ILO takes the point that not all forms of exploitation are slavery or contemporary forms of slavery. This distinction is made clear in Convention 182 where slavery is seen as one of the worst forms of slavery.
