This is a particularly complex right (14.1) but there appears to be a similar amount of space devoted to it as to &quot;a reasoned judgement&quot; which is fairly straighforward. I think this one (14.1) should be filled out after a close look at the HRC GC. In particular with respect to the meaning of &quot;equality before the courts&quot; which brings up issues such as a legal aid requirment in certain cases, equality of arms etc. In addition, you may wish to introduce the definition of a &quot;suit at law&quot; and give a few examples, as the rights protected under 14.1, at least from the HRC's point of view, does not include all civil cases.","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[],"more":0}]}],"more":false},"comments":[]},"http":{"code":200,"status":"OK"},"redirectUrl":null,"javascript":null,"notices":{"warning":[],"error":[],"info":[],"success":[]}}
